This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich. Technically necessary log data may be processed when you visit. This includes your IP address, time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser, operating system and HTTP status.

We process this data to deliver the website, ensure stable and secure operation and investigate technical errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.

Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless legal obligations or specific security incidents require longer retention. The hosting provider processes data on our behalf.

3. Event enquiries and contact

When you use the enquiry form, we process your name, phone number, email address and message. You may also optionally provide the event location and an event date or period.

We use this information to assess your enquiry, suggest a suitable system and respond to you. Where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general business enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling and documenting the communication.

The information is sent to pixow by email. We delete it once the enquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate grounds for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims require us to keep it.

4. Recipients

Our hosting and email providers receive data as processors to the extent necessary. Further disclosure only takes place if required to handle your enquiry, required by law or initiated by you.

5. Cookies and external services

This website does not use analytics or marketing services or cookies that are not technically necessary. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own webspace. Content from Google, YouTube or social networks is not embedded automatically.

When you select a language or dismiss the language suggestion, we store your choice in your browser’s local storage under “pixow-language”. This preference remains until you clear your browser data and is not sent to us. Your preferred browser languages are evaluated only on your device to suggest a suitable language version.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.
